Based on the Sonic Flare from Sonic Battle. Sonic performs a breakdanicng kick, ending with a pose. Based on the Sonic Up Draft from Sonic Battle. Based on the Windup Punch from Sonic the Fighters. Sonic rears back and then delivers a powerful straight punch. Based on his Foot Sweep from Sonic the Hedgehog (2006). Sonic sweeps his leg in front of himself. Based off the Dodge High Kick from Sonic the Fighters. Sonic hops up and swings his leg upwards. Based on the Horse Kick from Sonic the Fighters. Sonic gets down on his hands and knees while turning around, then kicks forwards with both legs. Based off of his signature Slide Kick move that he uses a lot in the modern Sonic games! Based on the Sonic Punch, Sonic Kick, and Top Kick, his 3-hit combo in Sonic Battle. Punches forward, then kicks with his right leg, then does a jumping kick with his left leg.
Sonic has excellent speed, frame data, and recovery to boot, but his attacks aren't very powerful, has short-range, and his grab game is weak. He is a fast character that specialize in close range combat and combos/juggling, overwhelming his opponent and punishing them with pure aggression, leaving no room for reactions.
